Association Fees and Services

The HOA annual dues cover the fiscal year from May 1 thur April 30. Dues are $175.00 per lot. Checks can be made out to Oak Point Estates HOA and sent to P.O. Box 2742, Natchitoches, LA. 71457. Enclosed is a copy of the 2019-20 Budget approved by the Association at the last meeting which provides for basic servces such as:

- Maintenance/Mowing of common areas such as entrance
- Landscaping at entrance
- Liability Insurance; Officers/Directors included
- Street lights/Entrance Lights
- Legal Fees
- Yearly fee with Secretary of State
- Bank fees
- Association's Post Office Box
- Postage
- Printing
- Tax Prep sentiment
- Legal fees incurred by Association
